Los Gordos Bistro tries to provide the best customer satisfaction, hence we provide the following solutions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to fully read and understand our menu. Should a customer have any questions, they should refer them to one of the Los Gordos Bistro staff members prior to placing their order.
Los Gordos Bistro prepares all food fresh to order with only the finest and freshest ingredients. We take great care and pride in all of the dishes we make. Refunds and / or replacement food are available upon request for orders in which the food is wrong, omitted, and other similar circumstances. Refunds are not typically provided for food that a customer simply does not like.
Please note: we strive to prepare and package any pick-up items to preserve the high quality of the food. Keep in mind that the temperature and consistency of some items may vary slightly after being packaged and taken away by the customer.
* If 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed we cannot issue any discount or refund. If the food has been discarded or tampered with then we cannot verify its origin and cannot issue any discount or refund. It is at the sole discretion of Los Gordos Bistro as to prepare a second order for any food replacement.
